Just drop in during our regular hours. 

Appointments

Appointments are required for international travelers.    We recommend making an appointment 6 weeks before your departure date, as some vaccines need to be given in multiple doses over several weeks.  Other services are available on an appointment or drop-in basis.

• Travelers with immediate departure dates - call us!  Same-day appointments are often available.

If you have special needs for your visit (e.g. language translation) please call us in advance so we can accommodate you.

Canceling or Rescheduling Appointments 

We do our best to accomodate our clients' schedule changes.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least one full business day notice so that we can offer the spot to others.

Groups of 3 or more travelers:  A valid credit card number is required to schedule the appointment.   A cancellation fee of $50 (groups of 3-4 persons) or $100 (groups of 5 or more persons) will be charged to your card if you cancel or reschedule without giving us one full business day advance notice.

Drop In

With the exception of international travel, no appointment is required to visit AITC. Drop-in visitors will be seen on a first-come first-served basis. Wait times vary according to the time of day and the season. In general, you should plan to arrive well before closing time. We will do our best to accommodate all arrivals.

The clinic opens at 9:00 am. The building opens at 8:30 am. You may arrive a few minutes early to complete paperwork.

TB Skin Tests

• Mon, Tue, Wed, and Fri during regular business hours, by drop-in
• We discourage TB testing on Thursdays and on the Friday before a long weekend, as it will not be possible to read the test within 72 hours.

Flu Vaccination

• Flu vaccine is offered daily during regular business hours, by drop-in

Forms and Records Needed for Your Visit

Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your registration & medical history forms. 

Please also bring your vaccination records and list of current medications. 

If you like, you may download and complete forms prior to your visit.  

Please complete the registration form PLUS either the Complete or the Interval Medical History Form
